Data rectification


If you are a registered customer, you can edit your account information at any time by going to My Account - you can find this linked to at the top of the website.


Subscribe/unsubscribe to newsletter


When a customer has been approved for a trade account with us, they are automatically subscribed to our newsletters, as this is the primary means that we communicate important information to our trade customers regarding (for example) stock updates, ingredient changes, holiday dates etc. You of course have the option to unsubscribe at any time, but as we cannot effectively work with you as a trade customer if you do so, this would normally indicate your wish to close your account. If you still wish to unsubscribe and close your account, please create a ticket here.


Data portability


Personal information, address book entries, order history, reward points and transactions can all be viewed from within the My Account section.


You can also individually view and generate pdfs of previous orders.


For any other data requests not covered from with the My Account section, please create a ticket and we will assist you.


Access to personal data


All personal data that we store for you can be viewed through the My Account section.


Right to be forgotten


If you would like to remove your personal and other data from our site, please create a support ticket here. In addition, you can also delete certain information from within the My Account, once logged in. Please keep in mind that this process will delete your account, so you will no longer be able to access or use it anymore.
